Warehouse Co. 15th Anniversary 1001XX
Warehouse Co. was founded in Osaka, Japan in 1995 by Mr. Kenichi and Kouji Shiotani. Warehouse Co. specializes in reproduction of vintage American clothing from late 1800s to the 1970s. In 2010, Warehouse Co. introduced the 15th Anniversary 1001XX along with other limited edition jeans and jacket to commemorate their 15th anniversary. The last 1001XX model produced by Warehouse Co. was back in 2006.
The 15th Anniversary 1001XX is made of 13.75oz unsanforized Japanese selvedge denim with Memphis Cotton. All threads used are 100% cotton. The deer leather patch is embossed with a bull head. The 15th 1001XX is based on early 1950s Levi's 501XX. This is my pair after one year and a handful of hand washes with Dr. Bronner's castile soap.
